Colleges and universities are some of the largest property owners and most violent slum lords in the country. School housing contracts establish a tenant-landlord relationship between a student and their school, yet are not leases and provide no tenant protections. We are campaigning for Student Tenant Rights from schools across the country because students are tenants too!
